The idea arose during video calls during the Corona pandemic.
The two Cologne founders, Alexander and Philip, felt that the common non-alcoholic alternatives lacked a certain kick. They decided to find an alternative with POLLY. With the support of a distillery in the heart of Germany, they found the perfect recipe for POLLY. The result is a range of tasty drinks in which you do not miss the alcohol.
True to their motto: "Never miss again", Alexander and Philip now want to prove that alcohol-free spirits can taste excellent and have arrived in the middle of society. The interplay of delicious herbs and selected botanicals makes POLLY a unique flavour explosion - and thus the perfect non-alcoholic refreshment.

At POLLY, they believe it does not always have to be all or nothing.
